With a background in Economics and finance from Bentley, I continued my studies at the Boston Architectural Center in Architecture and Design Development.  In 1996, I founded JPJ Development, Inc, a local Arlington Real Estate Development Corporation and became licensed in Residential/Commercial Construction for buildings up to four stories or 35,00 s.f..  Additionally, I am certified by National Kitchen and Bath Association for design. 

My background has afforded me a solid foundation for Real Estate from a business and cash flow stand point as well as construction and interior design.  As a result of this, I have had much success with preparing properties for market by using my keen design sensibility with staging.   My construction background makes it possible to spot potential problems that could hinder a sale.  My goal is to prepare your property for its highest and best use, maximizing your property's profitability.

I am part of a vast business network within the community, and I'm also an Arlington native.
